I want to share something deeply personal about my journey to recovery, and I hope it resonates with you.

For the longest time, I felt this constant push and pull between my mind and body. Deep down, I knew I needed rest, but I kept telling myself I shouldn’t take that break.

But here's the truth: I didn’t realise that the most powerful tool for progress was right in front of me—rest. Without it, I couldn’t take the next step in my recovery.
