I Didn’t Recognise Myself in the Mirror…

🌟 I Didn’t Recognize Myself in the Mirror… 🌟

For the longest time, when I looked in the mirror, I saw a stranger—a version of myself that felt like a hollow shell, missing its sparkle. Then, slowly, I began to see two versions of myself: the old and the new. They would alternate frequently, and it was hard to know which one would appear each day.

Over time, the new version started to show up more often. But the old version was still there, lurking in the background, making an appearance from time to time. The old me had life figured out, filled with hopes, dreams, and plans for the future. The new me had to start from scratch, learning how to rebuild everything, piece by piece, day by day.

Now, when I look in the mirror, I see someone who has had to be braver and stronger than ever imagined. The sparkle that was missing? It's coming back—not every day, but it’s there. 🌟

The sparkle never truly leaves your body. ✨
